Legal routine, under control

See use cases

Your team already uses AI — the question is whether it’s governed. We connect email, documents, CRM/case management, e-signature and AI into one process where sources, permissions and logs stay under control.

Contracts get signed by hand

Hours lost to intake and routine

First-touch enquiries, forms, collecting documents, the same emails, follow-ups and summaries by hand. Billable time goes to operations instead of cases.

AI moves into the work faster than the rules do

Handy tools get picked up — naturally. But without shared rules, logs and approval, the firm can’t guarantee where data ends up or where an answer came from. It isn’t about the people — it’s the lack of a governed process.

The inbound stream drowns in documents

PDFs, attachments, contracts, complaints, evidence dozens of pages long. While they’re read and checked by hand, deadlines grow and so does the risk of a missed clause or a hallucinated citation.

An enquiry becomes a ready matter

A site, form or email collects the data, AI classifies the request, gathers documents, opens a matter, writes a summary and assigns the right lawyer. The client hears back faster; the lawyer gets a clean brief, not a raw thread.

Legal firm automation

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to change our DMS or case management?

No. Nothing is ripped out: iManage, NetDocuments, Clio or your DMS keep working. We connect them to email, e-signature and AI and add an automation layer on top — with roles and logs.

Won’t client data leak into a third-party model?

No. We build a multi-model architecture with data control: enterprise environments (e.g. Azure OpenAI), data residency, access rights and logs. What goes where stays controlled and provable.

Who’s responsible for an AI answer if it’s wrong?

The lawyer always makes the final call. AI prepares the work, but every result is tied to sources, an accountable person and an approval history. We deliberately never let an AI mistake auto-become a client email or a contract.

Do you compete with Harvey, CoCounsel, Spellbook?

No. We’re not another legal AI tool but an integrator: we connect documents, email, CRM/case management, AI, approval and logs into one process. If you already have legal AI, we build the workflow around it.

Is this about the AI Act and compliance?

Yes — and not “act now or get fined” but “time to build governed AI infrastructure ahead of the deadlines”. We bake in roles, human review, audit trail and source transparency — what transparency obligations and internal policy need.

How do we start without a big project?

With one process — usually intake or contract review. We ship an MVP on your stack in weeks, measure the hours saved and ROI, then expand to documents, knowledge base and governance.

Do you handle Polish invoicing and accounting?

Yes. We connect Fakturownia, wFirma, iFirma, inFakt, Comarch and others — invoices and matter accounting are assembled automatically, without hand-copying from case management into the books.

Ready to cut the routine without losing control of risk?

Tell us about your stack — we’ll show where lawyers lose hours on intake, contracts and documents, and how to automate it with logs, sources and the lawyer’s final say.
