What we do and how we are set up
Atomify builds systems that take over repetitive work: assistants that answer clients in messengers and on the website, processes that prepare documents and move data between services, and CRM set up around a specific sales pipeline. We also build custom AI applications, and devices with their own firmware are in development.
The company was founded in Warsaw in 2024. The team is six people: development, automation, AI/ML, ads and support. We work remotely, are based in Europe, serve clients worldwide and speak five languages. Over two years more than sixty companies from seven industries have come through us, most often online stores, restaurants, clinics, law firms and real estate agencies. Everything we build stays with the client, together with the access.

A word from the founder
I've been in automation since 2019, long before AI was on every billboard. The whole time I watched the same thing: people doing by hand the work that code should be doing. Retyping orders from a chat into a spreadsheet, assembling reports by hand, answering the same question ten times a day.
The technology to remove that has existed for years. It just gets sold to businesses as a platform on an annual subscription, with an implementation team they don't have. We work differently: take one process, automate it properly, show the hours and the money saved, and hand it over. Everything stays with the client, no ties back to us. Quiet, unremarkable work. It gives people their evenings back, and the business back the money that used to drain into routine.
